“WE” project is a citizen-ship promotion related to Sendai Subway Tozai-line which is planed to launch in 2015. Tozai means West and East. We are planning not only ad campaign but also running 3 new projects including “WE School”, “WE Studio”, “WE Tube” as for connecting citizens strongly. Tozai-line can be a platform where citizen share ideas and loves for Sendai.
